Large column spans provide maximum flexibility, and translucent sheeting on vertical surfaces allows natural light into the warehouse.

Additional features include roof insulation compliant with ASIB 11th edition, sprinkler protection connected to backup pumps and tanks, and provision for in-rack sprinklers via a valve chamber. Shared pumps, tanks, and a PV solar system provide sustainable energy solutions, reducing operational costs.

Located within the established Jet Park logistics node, the site offers immediate connectivity to major transport routes, including the R21 and N12 highways, as well as OR Tambo International Airport. This prime positioning supports efficient distribution and supply chain management, reinforcing Jet Park’s reputation as a leading logistics hub.
