Eris undertakes Fund management activities as a principal and with joint ventures with third parties. The team is currently rolling out several private equity funds in both local and select African markets, being responsible for the fund management (sourcing of funds, investment and divestment) of those equity funds.   • Momentum Africa Real Estate Fund (MAREF)-a US Dollar denominated, Mauritius domiciled private equity fund focused on developing commercial properties in select African countries.

  • Momentum Property Opportunities Fund (MPOF) - a Rand denominated SA domiciled private equity fund focused on developing select opportunities in SA and select SADC countries.

  • South Africa Student Accommodation Impact Investment (SASAII) - a Rand denominated SA domiciled private equity fund focused on student accommodation opportunities only in SA
