Eris Wins Student Accommodation of the Year Award
We are pleased to announce that Eris Property Group, for and on behalf of investors; South Africa Student Accommodation Impact Investment (SASAII) & Passenger Rail Agency of SA (PRASA), has been honoured with the Student Accommodation of the Year Award for the Units on Cape Station Development at the Reside Awards event held in Johannesburg last week.
The Reside Student Accommodation of the Year Award celebrates excellence in the design, management, and service of student housing. Eris Property Group was selected for this award for its innovative approach to creating a supportive, comfortable, and dynamic student environment at our flagship Units on Cape Station development in Cape Town.
